During the Coronavirus school closure, we want to take this time to let you know we are available to assist you. Technology is not just here to help you with school work. You can use it to help you when you are feeling overwhelmed. Try out some of these apps to help you during this social distancing time.
During Social Distancing you may be feeling all types of emotions. It is completely normal if you are feeling unsure about the future, maybe even a little anxious! The important part is how you manage these feelings. The best way to deal with these overwhelming emotions is SELF CARE! Here are some ideas to keep connected and help others.
