APPEALS TO Public Schools

Board Policy

     Public School Law 4-205, various collective bargaining agreements, and the student handbook provide for the registering of appeals to the Garrett County Public Schools. The hearing procedure to be used in hearing such appeals shall be delineated so as to allow for proper due process.
