Board Policy

The work performance of all supporting services employees will be evaluated periodically by the appropriate staff member and/or members. The Director of Finance/Human Resources will coordinate and implement procedures for this purpose.

All purposes, procedures, and implementation practices should be consistent with sound personnel policies and practices.

The purpose for the evaluation is to enable each employee to provide the best services possible in their area of responsibility.
