Test Security and Data Reporting

Board Policy

     In accordance with COMAR 13A.03.04, it shall be the policy of the Garrett County Public Schools that adequate provisions be made for the security of state mandated testing materials and the testing process itself and for the accuracy of its data reporting. Specifically to be included are:

  1. The Norm Referenced Test in use by the State and/or County;

  2. All Maryland Functional Testing Program tests (until fully phased out);
  3. The Maryland School Assessment tests;
  4. High School Assessments;
  5. Alternate Maryland School Assessment tests (Alt-MSA);
  6. Teacher and Paraprofessional Certification Tests; and
  7. Other test instruments required by the State Public Schools.
