Notice to Destroy Educational Records

It is the intent of Garrett County Public Schools, in accordance with Maryland Special Education laws, to dispose of the confidential records of any student who exited a Special Education Service and was born in 1984-1987.
 
Records may be claimed by written request to:

Please be sure to include your name, date of birth, social security number and current contact information, including address and phone number. Picture identification will be requested as proof of identity.
 
Records not claimed by January 31, 2015 will be destroyed.
