Accident, Broad Ford, Northern Middle are Character Education Schools of the Year

Accident Elementary, Broad Ford Elementary, and Northern Middle Schools were selected as Maryland Center for Character Education at Stevenson University “2016-17 Schools of the Year”.
The  schools will be recognized at an Awards Program on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at Stevenson University, Owings Mills Campus Rockland Center. Each recognized school in 2017 will receive a specially designed “School of the Year” banner which can be displayed proudly along with a certificate of recognition from the Maryland Center for Character Education at Stevenson University.
The purpose of the program is to “Celebrate how schools are growing character in their students, recognize those who are handling tough issues in character development, and share the best practices in doing so.”
