Mountain Maker Fest to be held Saturday, August 13

Garrett County Public Schools High School Robotics Team (GaCo) and Garrett College are partnering together for the second annual Mountain Maker Fest held this Saturday, August 13, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The event will be at Garrett College’s Career Technology Training Center (CTTC) in Accident, Maryland, and will celebrate creators, artists, DIYers, innovators and makers of all ages and skills!  Over 30 interactive stations will be featured including: making toothbrush “bugs”, how-to woodworking, LEGO projects, giant Super Mario Bros game, Makey Makey intro into conductivity, floor piano, make your own rockets.... and more!
