Festival of Trees- Friday, Nov. 29th-30th

We are asking each student council member to donate at least one ornament for our tree.  These could be purchased or homemade.  We are hoping for a mixture of both.  Garrett County is our theme.   Since Garrett County has everything from farms, to hunting, to skiing almost any ornament will fit.  Thanks in advance to Nadine for agreeing to make a topper for us.  All proceeds will benefit the Dove Center.  We need all ornaments by November 19th, but would love to have them sooner if possible.  We will put our tree together on November 25th.  IWe are planning to take the tree to the fairgrounds on Wednesday, Nov. 27th after school if any student is interested in meeting  there (totally optional).  Please let Mrs. Burdock know if you have any ideas or suggestions.  We can use all the help we can get with this one.  Taylor Sines has donated a tree from his tree farm.

Hats Off To Pulmonary Fibrosis (M. Dye) –Tuesday, December 10th.  Students who pay $1 will be able to wear a hat in school.  All proceeds will go to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation in memory of Mrs. Dye’s father.
