Middle and High School Science Textbooks on Display for Review

Proposed new science textbooks for middle and high school are on display for review by the general public. The high school science textbooks will be available at Northern and Southern High Schools and the middle school science textbooks will be available at Northern and Southern Middle Schools. Also, both sets of science textbooks will be available for public review at The Ruth Enlow Library in Oakland.
 
The textbooks for review are: Pearson Elevate Science for middle school and McGraw Hill Inspire Science for high school.
 
Members of the community are welcome to review and comment on the Pearson Elevate Science and McGraw Hill Inspire Science textbooks. The textbooks will be available for review weekdays between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM through May 10, 2019. Please feel free to provide comments about these textbooks on the comment sheets provided at each location.
