Swan Meadow Wellness Activities

Swan Meadow School recently hosted its first annual walk-a-thon to promote physical wellness and to collect nonperishable food items for the local food bank.  Through a wellness grant provided by the Health Department and Action for Healthy Kids, Swan Meadow reinvented its walking trail by adding signs throughout the 1/4 mile trail.  A bench was added along the trail to be used for exercises or to simply relax and enjoy the local farm scenery.
