I taught 1st - 5th grade math in Kitzmiller for seven years, then moved to kindergarten where I have remained doing what I love, teaching young students. I have been teaching a total of 19 years. I
earned my AA degree at Garrett College and my Bachelors of Science & Master degrees from Frostburg State University. I have been happily
married for 39 years and blessed with a daughter, two sons (and their spouses) and seven grandkids. We live and work on a dairy farm. I enjoy swimming, gardening, shopping, being outdoors, and spending time with family & friends.

Mrs. McDade loves spending her days in kindergarten. She has taught kindergarten for 33 years. Mrs. McDade has lived in Garrett County all of her life but enjoys traveling and exploring other places in the summers. She also enjoys going to the beach, movies and reading. She is happiest when she gets to hang out with her daughter!
